Jenna Pierson pushes the boundaries of found material by altering the original form. Through fearless exploration, gilded beer bottle caps wrapped into little golden roses became the signature design in this collection.

Jenna Pierson is a Brooklyn - bred, Amsterdam based jewelry designer and maker. In addition to actively making jewelry in her atelier, Jenna also teaches goldsmithing techniques at the Vakschool Edelsmeden. She has exhibited internationally including LOOT : MAD About Jewelry in 2013 (Museum of Art and Design, NYC), and more recently SIERAAD International Art Jewelry Fair (Amsterdam 2014).

Jenna began her exploration with material during her thesis work at Pratt Institute in New York City. She pushed the boundaries by transforming found objects from the streets of Brooklyn into precious jewelry. Through fearless exploration, gilded beer bottle caps wrapped into little golden roses became her signature design element.

At the forefront of eco-friendly jewelry design, Jenna seeks to glorify bottle caps with every detail in her work. Her latest collection uses beer bottle caps, 23 karat gold leaf, oxidized silver and semi precious gemstones as the medium to create limited production wearable jewelry.
